yeah its actually cheaper to get the headset on PAYG because on the LOWESTa tarrif your paying somehing like £800 for 75 mins and thats not enough for anyone plus theres insurance and if you go over yada yada yada…

Basically, you can get something called a Wifi hot spot which means if you went to Mc Donalds you could surf the internet using Wifi. i have Wifi at home its sometimes called a wireless router which means you can access the internet wirelessly. Now the iPhone has Edge and Wifi, Edge is extremely slow! on the iPhone3G there is Edge, Wifi and 3G, which are all different in ways and speeds to surf the internet. the slowest is Edge at about 18 secs, then 3G about 5 secs and Wifi which is 3 secs.

nope… but you get 3G coverage where there is 3G coverage. If there is no 3G it automatically changes back to GSM… My iPhone 3G is always on GSM as it is the only coverage I get and you get a longer battery life
