yes. it comes with everything you need when you buy the 2 year service agreement.
you can get it anywhere it can access satellite or another wireless. And it does better than just wireless since it has its own website. I just got mine and I live in the middle of nowhere where I allegedly have no service and it still works. Amazing!!!
