I don’t believe Apple knows if you say “Don’t Send” to the hardware information message; however, if you say “Send to Apple,” they might. Either way, if you take a jailbroken or unlocked phone to a Genius Bar, they’ll be able to tell in a heartbeat and reject you service. Make sure you re-virginize and have an active AT&T SIM before you bring it in if you have a problem.

It shows that it has buffed enough but it stops every few seconds for some reason. I have a new 20″ aluminum iMac, so I don’t think the system can’t handle it, but I may be wrong
Your system may not be able to handle HD playback. Try quitting some programs. It’s not always about bandwidth.
