How can I get better reception on an Iphone?

You might check with other people in your area who have an iPhone to see how their reception is. If they are not having a problem, it may be a problem with the phone. If so, bring it into an Apple store to the genius bar.
Also, did you check the map on the AT&T Wireless web site to see if your area has good coverage?
Might not be the phone, could be the area your in.
