How do i disable my iphone to backup everytime i sync it on a pc?

Hi You can click on little X on a right hand side of back-up progress bar.

But keep in mind, that you need to have at least one good back-up. You may need it when you need to restore your iPhone. So make sure to wait at least once a week for a full back-up
