How do I export contacts to iphone without importing contacts from iphone (to the same computer)?

there should be a setting in itunes so that the iphone will only sync with itunes what you want it to, you have to go down a checklist and select certain items.
I know a program called iPhone to PC Transfer to help you do that.
you need backup your iPhone content to computer first.Then adds to your iTunes from computer. Get the tool from here:
