well, the first thing I would do is try to find the owner, but what the heck, noone does it these days :/
Anyways. the only way to unlock it w/o hacking it or damaging it or just entering the code is to plug it back into the computer that has the iTunes program that the iPod is registered on…

You can remove the password by connecting to iTunes, then restoring the iPhone.
But I think you should return it to its owner…
give it back!
its wrong for you to keep it and try to use it with someones personal information on it!!
