		<description>If it says that it is only a camera that was connected maybe you haven't installed itunes correctly. Or maybe thought you were instaling and didn't save it? Anywho, My iphone does that when i connect it to a computer which isn't my main pc i use to download my music. Try sticking to ONE computer only. Or go to the computer you first connected it to.

hidden away is a line that says your computer must support usb 2.0, not just usb 1.0 or 1.1, not through an unpowered hub.
