This app should work in europe if you can download fring in your app store not sure b/c every countries’ app store is different.
I did this with my iPhone 3g.
You need to be connected to wi-fi and skype would be the best service although not free but it has the best coverage and it is really reasonable.

i am planning on getting a 2nd gen touch soon and want to have everything ready for it when i get it. but i can’t seem to find sipstunt anywhere even if i do a google search it only comes up with voipstunt. is that what you used?
I can’t make any long distance calls without W-Fi but any regular local calls (99.9%) of my mobile calls use regular cellular network (EDGE, 3G etc)
I only use Fring for the long distance calls, Saves me allot of money on my contract.

I donno, maybe when i signed up I got unlimited free calls I signed up when it was in beta so that is possible (companies do that sometimes) . i can still make calls.

Yes you would be able to make calls, but If your planning on doing that I suggest getting a skype account (really reasonable).
You would be able to do the same with an iPod but you wouldn’t get the data plan.

My free calls from VOIP Stunt are gone does it still work with my iPhone
Depends on the service you use with fring if you use VOIPSTUNT its totally free to Canada and USA but restricted to 1 minute calls thats what I use if i make a long distance call.
You must be connected to Wi-Fi tho you can’t use 3G or EDGE
when you call ppl on fring does it work and cost any thing

Not 100% sure but thats my understanding, I do know you can buy headphones with mic for sure, made by apple, i think the new stock ones have mic too though

I’ll be making a new video soon about a decent mic i’ve found that works with both the 1st and 2nd gen but the 2nd one you can use the headphones that come with it, they have a built in mic I believe.
