What are some suggestions on repairing scratches on the back of the iphone ?

you really cant fill in metal easily.I would suggest using toothpaste(its a very fine abrasive) to help the scratches
The best thing to do is to handle your phone with care. I highly doubt that you can get rid of them and I would not be stupid products to try since that is an expensive phone.
